We pay DHL Express to your door on every order, whatever it costs us. There is no threshold and no shipping line at checkout.
Who collects the duty, and when
Your country's customs authority, through DHL. You are contacted before or at delivery and the parcel is held until it is paid.
If the duty is not paid
Returns and refunds are approved only after a delivery has succeeded. A parcel refused at customs is held, then returned to India or destroyed, and we are charged the duty on it as well — so a refused parcel is not cancelled and not refunded. Budget for the duty before you order; this is the one line on the page worth reading twice.
Tracking as soon as it is picked up
We add the DHL air waybill to your order the moment the parcel leaves us, and Shopify emails it to you automatically.
Dispatch in 3–5 working days
Your order leaves Gurgaon within three to five working days, then the transit clock above starts. The activation code is in the box, not emailed.

Questions
Will it work on my car?
Check the make, model and year in the hero above. The answer comes from the GaragePro coverage record, and it says whether it is confirmed for the make or for your specific model.
Is this the same as a cheap ELM327 clone?
No. A clone reads engine codes only. GaragePro reads every control unit on the vehicle — ABS, airbags, power steering, body control and the rest — and clears faults on all of them.
Do I need a subscription?
Each plan is sold with its own validity options. What is on offer for a given plan is shown on that product page, read from the live catalogue.
What if my car is older?
Vehicles built before the OBD-II mandate in this market have no diagnostic port for the scanner to talk to. The compatibility check flags that for your exact year rather than letting you find out after delivery.
Can I use it on more than one vehicle?
Lite covers two vehicles that you pick in the app. Standard and Advanced cover every vehicle.
What are special functions?
The resets and calibrations that finish a repair — service reset, electronic parking brake retract, DPF regeneration, throttle adaptation and more. They are on Advanced only, and the compatibility check returns the count for your vehicle.
Does it need internet in the workshop?
The scan runs over Bluetooth. Internet is needed only for activation and for updates.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery time depends on where you are — the shipping policy has the detail.
What GaragePro does not do
No ECU programming. No key coding. If your job needs either of those, this is not the tool — and we would rather tell you now than process a return.
