GaragePro OBD Scan Tool Standard includes the GaragePro OBD device and the Standard subscription of the GaragePro app. You can choose either annual or lifetime validity.

Import duty is not, and it is not in the price at checkout — your country charges it when the parcel arrives, the carrier or customs collects it directly from you, and we never see that money or have any say in the amount. We pay DHL Express to your door on every order, whatever it costs us. There is no threshold and no shipping line at checkout.
Who collects the duty, and when
Your country's customs authority, through DHL. You are contacted before or at delivery and the parcel is held until it is paid.
If the duty is not paid
Returns and refunds are approved only after a delivery has succeeded. A parcel refused at customs is held, then returned to India or destroyed, and we are charged the duty on it as well — so a refused parcel is not cancelled and not refunded. Budget for the duty before you order; this is the one line on the page worth reading twice.
Tracking as soon as it is picked up
We add the DHL air waybill to your order the moment the parcel leaves us, and Shopify emails it to you automatically.
Dispatch in 3–5 working days
Your order leaves Gurgaon within three to five working days, then the transit clock above starts. The activation code is in the box, not emailed.
One parcel, one invoice
Multi-unit orders ship together with a single commercial invoice, which keeps a business buyer's import paperwork to one document.
IT FAILS IN MONTH 7, IN OHIO
Twelve months on manufacturing defects. You ship it back, we ship the replacement.
Not advance replacement — we do not send the new unit before the faulty one reaches us, and the return freight to India is yours. The replacement and the freight out to you are ours. Said plainly here so that nobody finds it out at the moment of claiming.

- Email or WhatsApp with the order number and what the unit does. No form, no RMA portal, no diagnostic questionnaire before a human reads it.
- Return freight to Gurgaon is yours, and so is any duty on the return leg. Use a tracked service — a parcel that cannot be traced is a claim we cannot action.
- Freight out is at our cost. Import duty on the replacement is charged again by your country and is still yours: customs treats a replacement as a fresh import, every time.
- Your plan is unlinked from the old serial and bound to the new one, so the replacement works with the app already on your phone.
- If you would rather have a refund than a replacement, we refund in full once the unit reaches us intact, complete and properly packed.
What the twelve months does not cover
Manufacturing defects only. Physical damage and liquid ingress are not covered — a cracked housing, or a unit that went through a wash bay, is a replacement you buy.
Questions about this product
Which plan should a single-car owner buy?
Lite, unless you want the resets that finish a repair — a service reset after an oil change, an electronic parking brake retract before a brake job. Then Advanced.
Can I upgrade a plan later?
Yes. Support applies the difference against your existing activation.
Is the activation code reusable?
It pairs once to your plan. Keep the card — support needs it if you change phones.
Do special functions work on every vehicle?
Availability varies by vehicle. The compatibility check above returns the exact count for yours, from the coverage record.
What is not supported?
No ECU programming and no key coding. Injector coding is a special function and is included on Advanced.
