Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from Gurgaon, India, by DHL Express.

Shipping is free. We pay DHL Express to your door on every order, whatever it costs us. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge at checkout.

Dispatch. All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. The activation code ships in the box; it is not emailed.

Transit time. 12 to 15 days to most destinations after dispatch, plus any time the parcel spends held for duty payment. That window is the carrier's, not a guarantee, and customs holds are outside our control.

Tracking. We add the DHL air waybill to your order the moment the parcel leaves us, and you are emailed it automatically.

Import duty and taxes are not included. Orders ship DAP — delivered at place. Your country's customs authority charges import duty and local taxes on the parcel, and DHL collects it from you before or at delivery. The amount is set by your country and we cannot quote, prepay or reimburse it.

If duty is not paid. A parcel refused at customs is held, then returned to India or destroyed, and we are charged duty on it as well. Returns and refunds are approved only after a delivery has succeeded, so a refused parcel is not cancelled and not refunded. Please budget for the duty before ordering.

Addresses. We ship anywhere checkout accepts an address.

Multi-unit orders ship together under a single commercial invoice, which keeps a business buyer's import paperwork to one document.
